It was 2021, and I’d just got back from traveling around Central America. A trip that connected me to myself and my soul’s calling… (Gracias, Mexico). I remember having a vision of a company that promoted independent businesses run by women, within the wellness and spiritual community. I wanted to create a community of strong, women and a safe space for us all to come together, unite, share, teach, learn, and exchange our inevitable wisdom. To grow together as one, whilst also expanding as individuals. A community that encourages growth, and allows us to be vulnerable, creative, and a source of inspiration for one another. To advertise the businesses from all across the globe, online and in person, and connecting to the MOON community from anywhere in the world. In a society where women have been put against each other to compete for a man’s approval, together we flip the script and support and encourage each other instead.

2020 invited us all to look at our mental health on a deeper level, and work on ourselves more thoroughly. But regardless of the affect the pandemic had on us all, social media and the impact it currently has on us is a pretty drastic one. There is an expectation to look, act, and simply BE a certain type of way, in order to be seen as successful, happy and accepted amongst society. This pressure is an enormous one, especially for young women, and is highly toxic and unhealthy. Young girls and boys are absorbing the pressures of what they “should” look or act like in order to be loved. So, it’s our responsibility to help educate and enlighten our brothers and sisters, and guide them towards viewing themselves as the beautiful light that they are. But the first step begins with our inner light, and educating ourselves. Which is why I invite you to go deeper…

MOON is here to help women and men understand themselves and each other on a deeper, more intimate level, through the power of breathe work, touch, smell, movement, and sound. Our aim is to deepen our connection to spirit by engaging all of the senses.

Women: A big part of MOON is encouraging women of all ages to reconnect to their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. The Magic Of Our Nature is very real! Rediscover your intuition and inner power through manifestation, the menstrual cycle, and of course, the MOON!

Men: Understand your emotions more deeply, and how to channel them in a healthily way. No emotion is too big or “negative”. Vocalise your feelings in a safe space, without fear of judgement or rejection. Understand why the women in your life are the way we are and why we say/do what we do. Where does it all come from? Connect to the feminine on a deeper, more intimate level, understand and broaden your knowledge, perspective, and personal growth.
